Before launching her own ventures, Rebecka spent her career in operations and program management — working as a project manager in commercial real estate, then as a program manager at Microsoft, and most recently leading data and reporting initiatives at Google.
She knows how to run complex projects, manage timelines, and bring structure. When she decided to build on her own terms, she launched Rose Girl Social, an Orlando-based event brand.
The combination is rare: someone who can art-direct a shoot in the morning, analyze campaign performance in the afternoon, and keep the entire operation running on time. For studios, that means the creative work actually gets done — on scope, on schedule, and with a strategy behind it.
